You’re Emancipated, Now What?
This moment calls for action, growth, and a better future for ourselves and future generations
On this significant occasion of Juneteenth, we invite you to join 13% and embark on a transformative journey of self-determination and collective progress. As we reflect on the 160 years since the abolition of slavery, we recognize the need for unity, empowerment, and a culture-specific association to shape our future and thrive as a community.
The theme of our membership drive campaign is “You’re Emancipated, Now What?” It is a powerful reminder that our liberation from slavery was just the beginning. This moment calls for action, growth, and a better future for ourselves and future generations.
At 13%, we strive to redefine our narrative and reclaim our cultural heritage. As African Americans, we are the descendants of Negroids, and members of the world’s Indigenous people.
13% is offering what may be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for African Americans to participate in a self-determination plan, America’s Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (ADRIP), pulling ourselves up by the bootstrap and taking charge of our collective destiny. Through our four pillars—Unify, Uplift, Galvanize, and Thrive—we will embark on a transformative journey from individuals to members of the association, from a society to a thriving nation-state with tribes across the United States.
Joining 13% offers numerous benefits and opportunities for personal growth, community impact, and nation-building. As a member, you will experience:
- Collective Unity: Engage with a vibrant community of like-minded individuals who share your aspirations, values, and commitment to our collective progress. Together, we will create a solid and united front.
- Upliftment and Empowerment: Access resources, programs, and initiatives designed to uplift and empower you on your journey. We believe in harnessing our collective strengths to create positive change.
- Galvanizing Action: Participate in collective actions, advocacy efforts, and community projects that address systemic issues, promote social justice, and foster positive change within our communities.
- Thriving Nation-State: Contribute to establishing a thriving nation-state where our indigenous heritage is embraced, our rights are protected, and our voices are heard.
